Psychodynamic Therapy explores the unconscious processes, life experiences, and relational patterns that shape a person’s current behavior and emotional state. It aims to uncover surpressed emotions, unresolved conflicts, and inner drives that influence a person's wellbeing.
Somatic Therapy acknowledges that emotions and trauma can be stored in the body, affecting a person’s physical health and well-being. Through acknowledging and working with the body, we can access deeper layers of healing than with traditional talk-therapies.
These modalities paired together create a holistic approach that bridges the mind and body to unlock deep emotional healing. Through mindful body awareness and exploration, clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering lasting transformation, emotional balance, and resilience.
Who is this for? Anyone who needs space and safety to slow down, listen to their bodies wisdom and their hearts truth. Building emotional capacity to be with our direct experience increases our threshold for the complexities and challenges of life.
