Experience a personally curated blend of gentle somatic therapy exercises, soothing sounds and live vocals to help your body settle into a state of deep restoration.
$150 for 60min session ||
$180 for 90 min session ||
Available Tuesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday @ 5.30pm or 7.30pm.
Therapeutic work often asks us to explore tender parts of ourselves, revisit past wounds, and gently stretch our comfort zones.
While this work can be deeply profound and meaningful, it isn’t always easy.
In an ideal world, this work would be supported with enough nourishment in our day to day lives.
Alas, as life continues to move faster, let’s be honest - most of us are not giving ourselves enough of this ‘down’ time.
The Deep Rest Session offers a gentle alternative to the work of therapeutic processing.
This experience is designed to provide:

- space where your body can soften, settle, and restore emotional balance
- an opportunity to nourish and reconnect with your internal landscape
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Those who feel overwhelmed, depleted and in need of deep rest.
Those who struggle to find the time or discipline to lock in dedicated RnR moments on their own.
Those who might feel overwhelmed at the thought of traditional ‘therapy’ but are in need of some respite from their struggles.
Those who want to receive the safety and presence of another being to guide them through the process of deep rest.
Those who want to treat themselves to something soothing, but perhaps don’t enjoy massages, yoga, or other traditional forms of relaxation.
Those who have come a long way in their therapy journey, and don’t always feel the need for ‘big’ sessions but want to stay engaged and connected to themselves.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The session begins with an (optional) cup of tea and time to share anything that is currently present for you - whether that’s a specific circumstance, or simply a sense of fatigue or overwhelm. From here, we will gently shape a supportive intention or message that your system can anchor into.
Then you may sit or lie down amongst the cosy cushions and blankets, and using a curated blend of somatic therapies, sounds and immersive live voice, I will weave a personalised soundscape to bring you out of the busyness of the mind and back into the quiet intelligence of the body - supporting deep rest, regulation, emotional release, and a return to balance.
You’ll be in control of your experience the entire time, while also being invited into a state of receptivity, where the body is invited to let go and given full permission to simply receive.
These sessions offer a powerful antidote to stress, anxiety and overthinking, and a gentle pathway back to yourself.
What makes this experience unique?
As a psychotherapist specialising in somatic and relational work, and a professional singer-songwriter and performer with more than two decades of stage experience, I will be bringing together two worlds that are usually seen in group workshops aka sound baths and other healing spaces, but rarely combined for 1:1 sessions.
This personalised experience can create something individual for your needs and leave you feeling more held and nourished than in larger group settings.
There are seven types of rest beyond sleep that are essential for restoring energy, overcoming burnout, and allowing the body and mind to recharge.
The Deep Rest Sessions are designed to gently support you across all seven:

Guided awareness and embodiment offers the mind a break from over-analysis, bringing you back into the present moment.

Through stillness, gentle movement, and supportive positioning, the body is given permission to release tension and unwind.

A space where you don’t have to perform, filter, or hold it together - allowing your internal experience to be acknowledged and felt.

Soft lighting, calming sound, and minimal external stimulation create an environment where the senses can settle and reset.
